The results can show audiences that this universe does not always have to be connected. Adapting Frank Miller’s comic (loosely adapted in Daredevil season 3) can change the current state of the MCU. That sort of street-level grit can help change the MCU for the better. It resides in its own corner of the MCU and includes Kingpin and Daredevil. Making that drama earned can start by adapting Frank Millers' comic. Keeping the story in its corner of the MCU can help make the drama feel earned and, in some cases, relatable. That does not mean the action has to be non-existent. Keeping it grounded has to focus on the characters dealing with real struggles. It can be a series that stays in its own mature and more grounded lane. Focusing on those things could give the MCU a needed reset. Viewers can grow to care more about the characters' journeys. Learning more about Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk can make it unique. This new series has to take inspiration from one of the most popular Daredevil comics. For Daredevil: Born Again to make an impression, it has to do things differently. Granted, its inspiration came loosely from the Daredevil comics. It compelled viewers for three seasons, arguably providing the best Netflix Marvel show for its time. The Netflix series delivered a more character-based superhero story. Such a balance can create a series that revitalizes the genre for audiences. The series can ride a line between action and character. Instead, the show can find a balance between those tones. That does not mean the action has to be the sole draw of the series. It offered a fresh angle on the superhero genre that, at the time, felt original to the overarching universe. The original series had brutal action that kept viewers engaged. Daredevil: Born Again does not have to focus on violence. Keeping the story grounded does not mean it has to copy the Netflix series.
